This experiment aims was to study the effect of concentration aloe vera juice and get which shows better growth number leaves roots on Dendrobium orchid plantlet in Hybrid-vitro results. carried out at Tissue Culture Laboratory, Faculty Agriculture, Winaya Mukti University, began May August 2019. The experimental design used a Completely Randomized Design with 5 treatments replications namely: A (0 g L-1 solution), B (25 C (50 D (75 E (100 solution). results showed that consentration solution) gave height, shoots, roots, root length than another treatments.
